Order and payment

For ordinary checkout purchases, a binding agreement is formed when we confirm the order by email. Separate rules apply to auction bids. Prices and applicable tax are shown before you approve payment.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Charity auctions

Bids in our online auctions are binding. Read the product description and disclosed production defects before bidding. The winner receives an email with a personal 24-hour payment deadline.

The winner must complete checkout and payment by the deadline stated in that email. Shipping is shown separately and is added to the winning bid. If payment has not been completed by the deadline, the winner's claim ends and the highest-ranked remaining eligible bidder is automatically offered the win at the amount determined by the auction's proxy-bidding rules. The new winner receives their own 24-hour payment deadline. If no eligible bidder remains, the auction closes without a new winner.

If checkout is completed before the deadline but payment is still processing, the win is reserved while payment is processed. If payment is later cancelled or fails, the win may pass to the next eligible bidder. These auction terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory consumer law.

Production and delivery

The product page states whether an item is made to order or stocked and shows its estimated production or dispatch time. Delivery time is additional.

For 3D-printed products, small variations in surface, layer lines and colour are a natural part of production and are not in themselves a defect.

Withdrawal and complaints

Standard products purchased at a distance normally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. A clearly personalised product, such as one with personal text or a custom construction, may be exempt.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning faulty goods are not affected by an exemption from the withdrawal right.

Disputes

Contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue. Swedish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
